Our Classes
Beginners Course
When you graduate from this course, you will be mentally and physically ready for CrossFit classes. This course consists of twelve private training sessions with others who are brand new to CrossFit. By learning all proper CrossFit techniques, you will gain confidence with our movements before entering regular classes. Each session will slightly increase in difficulty as we complete many different variations of workouts.
CrossFit Class
Whether you are new to CrossFit or looking for the next level, our “All Levels” CrossFit class is for you! CrossFit is a sixty-minute, full-body workout. Training is led by professional Coaches who hold you accountable to achieving your goals. These classes will make you extremely fit, happier, and a more energetic person.
Free Community Class
This free class is for anyone interested in trying out CrossFit for the first time. All experience levels are welcome (even if you have are brand new to exercising).
M2-60 is a 60 minute high energy, circuit-style, muscle toning conditioning workout. The primary focus is on core strength and cardio through running, rowing, biking, and other calisthenics. With the use of kettlebells, medicine balls, core exercises, and bodyweight movements. M2-60 is great for fat-burning, extra conditioning, or as a supplemental workout to CrossFit classes.
Olympic Weightlifting
This class will improve efficiency in Olympic weightlifting movements. Everyone is welcome to attend regardless of fitness level or experience.

 Class will start with a warm up, move into exercises/drills, full execution of the lifts, and end with core work and a cool-down. The exercises that you do during class will be dependent on your level.

As always, Coaches are here to help guide you. The skills you learn in this class keep you strong, fit, and healthy for life. 
Open Gym
This is a set time where you can come in and perform your own workouts, seek additional help from a Coach, or practice new skills and drills. There is no set workout for this time slot. The freedom is all yours! 
ROMWOD (Flexibility & Mobility)
Pure laziness and/or lack of time often prevents us from dealing with these issues. When unaddressed, these issues inevitably lead to nagging pain and injury. Improving your flexibility will prevent back pain, tight hips, sore shoulders, and general aches. This class includes soft tissue work, stretching, and flexibility techniques to help improve your range of motion. This class will give you the tools to improve your overall health and well-being!
Strength Gains
This class will build lean muscle and overall body strength. If you’re looking to learn correct strength training techniques, this class will be an excellent addition to your weekly routine.
