Our Story

CrossFit M2 is home to some of the worlds best trainers. We take pride in making fitness fun and enjoyable while delivering life lasting fitness results. We started with a few personal training clients in 2010. By word of mouth and delivering fitness results we have organically grown since then. Together we have created a safe, challenging, optimistic, enthusiastic, fun, fulfilling, and cutting edge fitness environment.

Our athletes are the sole supporting structure of our facility. We know all our athletes names, and greet them by their first name every time they walk through our doors. We pride ourselves on creating an environment where first time CrossFitters are welcomed within our facility. We make decisions based on the wants and needs of our athletes. We are leaders to our athletes, and within the Findlay community. We recognize our athletes goals, and we help them achieve those goals with pride and satisfaction. I am a Michigan girl, born and raised. A LOVER of the outdoors, dogs, CrossFit, food, ALL things Harry Potter, and sports! I graduated from Michigan State University (GO GREEN!) with a degree in Finance, and I also hold a Masters in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University. I went to my 1st CrossFit class in the fall of 2013, at the coaxing of several of my co-workers, and was immediately hooked. I loved the challenge of the workouts, the competition, lifting big weight, learning new skills, but mostly the camaraderie I found inside the Box. I currently have my CrossFit Level 2 Trainer Certificate, and have been a coach at CrossFit M2 since late 2016. Seeing someone reach a goal they never thought possible or changing how they feel on a daily basis, is why I love coaching!

I love coaching CrossFit because I love to see the drive in athletes to improve - whether they are just starting their fitness journey or have been the all-star athlete. CrossFit is infinitely scalable so it really is for everyone. It’s awesome to see the changes that can occur when a client commits to join our community and makes CrossFit part of their consistent routine.

Meet Coach: Brianna Allen

Bree has been doing CrossFit for over 5 years. She started the crossfit-based fitness class, OilerFit, at The University of Findlay. In addition to CrossFit, she has spent two summers interning under Grant Smith at Memorial Hospital, assisting in Athletic Performance Training and Personal Training. At the University of Findlay, she is double majoring in Physical Therapy and Strength and Conditioning, and minoring in Psychology.

I am a graduate student at the University of Findlay studying Physical Therapy. As a Physical Therapist, I study the human body and how it functions. I first started CrossFit in 2015. I was a collegiate soccer player at the University of Findlay and I needed an effective workout regimen in order to stay in shape. I’ve been in love with CrossFit ever since my first workout. I am excited to share my knowledge and help you achieve your fitness goals.
