As a added benefit, we will schedule you a complimentary one on one session with a Coach to review the material you missed in that session. We offer private training all throughout the day everyday.
4. If I am out of shape can I still do the Beginners Course?
Yes, our experienced Coaches specialize in working with beginners. We have modifications for every exercise and we can scale the workouts to your fitness level. We do this all day everyday :)
5. I have an injury. Can I still do the Beginners Course?
Absolutely, we can work around any injuries and modify the workout to avoid causing any pain to your body.
6. Does it include a nutrition plan?
Absolutely! We will tell you exactly what and when to eat so you can easily reach your goals. Our Nutrition Coaching is completely customized to your lifestyle. We even offer Vegan & Vegetarian plans.
