A “Skill Session” is a 30 minute one-on-one session that focuses on developing a single movement. Want to finally get double- unders down? Want to dial in your snatch technique? So close to getting a muscle-up you can taste it?
A skill session will give you time dedicated to improving that movement pattern, so you can CRUSH it the next time it comes up in the WOD. The point of the session isn’t to replace your a workout; you can schedule them on the same day as regular training.
