PERSONAL TRAINING


CrossFit is for everyone, but group training isn’t. Some benefit more in a one-on-one atmosphere. Some have specific objectives that aren’t always met in the class workouts. While, some need to focus a specific skill.

Whether your goal is to decrease body fat, build muscle or improve your general fitness level --- our staff and program will keep you focused, motivated and accountable. Our 1 to 1 Personal Training is for everyone of all ages.

 

 

Personal Training Includes

Step 1:

Before we take you through a 1 to 1 workout, we first want to identify what you specifically need by performing our Free Fitness Consultation. The results of this session will serve as a “blueprint” that we will use to design your personalized program ensuring that you meet your goals.

The areas we will focus on in the Free Fitness Consultation are as follows: health history, past injuries, training history, body composition analysis, and your specific goals. The Fitness Consultation allows our Coaches to quickly identify dangerous movement patterns so that they can be addressed. It also indicates an individual’s readiness to perform exercise so that goals can be set and achieved.

we will conduct a body composition analysis. The analysis will provide a detailed review of your specific body inches, photos and overall weight. By completing the body composition analysis we we can track and measure your progress ensuring you meet your desired RESULTS!


Step 2:

Are you ready for something different and challenging? We will provide you actionable plans with scientifically backed exercise methods, which will produce the results you desire! You will work with one of our professional Coaches during your 1 to 1 session. We ensure you have optimal technique, coaching, fun, motivation and support.

 

In-Home Personal Training

Want to workout at home, in your garage, outside on a sunny day with a professional trainer? Do you have children at home all day and cannot make it to the gym? Is your schedule to busy to block out time to attend a gym. Do you only have 30 minutes of your whole day to exercise?

How about trying our In-Home Personal Training? We have very flexible hours with In-Home Training, and can accommodate any time and any schedule that works for you! You will receive all the benefits of our regular 1 to 1 personal training sessions in the luxury of your own home!

Include the entire family! We specialize with In-Home Family Personal Training. These 60 Minute Sessions include the entire family from Mom, Dad, and your three children all working out together!

No gym equipment is necessary! We offer body weight only programs. We also can provide equipment if needed, or utilize your own equipment at home, in the garage, or outside on a sunny day!
