We start all new athletes with a complimentary "M2 How To" session with one of our expert coaches so that we can get to know you, learn about your background, discuss your unique goals and get you set up for the best path to success. By the end of this session, you will know exactly what you need to do in order to get maximum results from your training.

Our Beginners Course starts the first Monday of every month.
This consists of 12 private training sessions with others who are brand new to CrossFit M2. This is a requirement before regularly attending our classes. This Course allows you to learn all proper movements, techniques, skills, and allows you to gain confidence within our movements.
We also complete many different variations of workouts throughout this course in order, to get you mentally, and physically ready for our regular CrossFit classes. This course also allows us to see your strength and weaknesses, discuss nutrition, and find out more about your fitness/health goals.
- The Beginners Course will run 4-weeks long.
- You complete 3-sessions per week (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 7:30pm)
- Attendance in the Beginners Course is mandatory before entering into general classes.
