Each of our classes is led by one or more of our professional coaches.
Included in this 1 hour class is instruction of the day’s movements, a specific warm-up, strength work, condi- tioning work, core work, and a cool down. The daily WOD (Workout of the day) is a variation of movements that involve weight-lifting, gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning. Do not feel intimidated if you are unable to execute the program as written. All programs can be modified by changing weight and intensity, all ability levels are encouraged and welcome. Once enrolled in CrossFit M2 classes you are welcome to participate at any of the scheduled class times.
We offer 2 levels of workouts for our classes, we offer a “Performance” level which is typi- cally more challenging movements, heavier weights, and more reps. We also offer a “Fit- ness” level which is the same workout with less challenging movements, lighter weights this is typically the level that most of our members follow. We require that everyone gradu- ates out of our Beginners Program before attending regally scheduled classes. This encourages a more comfortable learning environment, proper instruction of movement, while al- lowing for more effective coaching.

Instruction will focus on how to im- prove efficiency with movements in order to be a successful CrossFitter.
M2 Barbell Club
We also offer a dedicated Strength, Powerlifting, and Olympic Weightlifting program. If you’re looking to improve your technique and become more comfortable with the technical lifts, these classes will be an excellent addition to our weekly CrossFit routine.
Classes are held Tuesdays at 7:30pm to 9pm, and Fridays from 6:30pm to 7:30pm.
Classes will start with a warm up, move into accessory exercises/drills, full execution of the lifts, and end with core work and a cool down. The drills and work that you do during class will be dependent on your level.
These classes will be a great opportunity for you to spend a full hour dedicated to the most complex lifts we do in the gym. The skills you learn in these classes will not only increase your strength, but they will transfer over to your overall fitness level.
Flexibility/mobility restrictions lead to poor mechanical positions in the gym and in life and when unaddressed low quality movement patterns inevitably lead to nagging pain and injury.
Pure laziness, and/or lack of time, often prevents us from dealing with these issues. Mobility is defined as the ability to move or be moved freely and easily…
If our bodies are able to move freely and easily through any given movement then we are doing those repetitions with greater ease. Although it is still hard work, efficiency is key. Becoming more efficient with our movements will help equate to further progress and greater fitness! Not to mention helps cut down on tight hips, sore shoulders and general aches and pains.
We hold added Flexibility and Mobility classes Wednesdays at 7:30pm to help cut the ex- cuses and ensure that you keep your body tuned up. Our mobility class will include a series of soft tissue work, stretching, and flexibility techniques to help improve your range of mo- tion. All classes will be structured to take aim at sore spots from previous workouts, the current workout and common trouble areas. Whether you want to stretch after class or warm up before class our Mobility class will help improve those positions and give you the tools to improve your own well being!
CARDIO & CORE
Interested in getting in shape, but not sure you are ready for CrossFit?
These classes will be an alterative to CrossFit classes, and will be more similar to a bootcamp style class. The "Cardio & Core" class is a community-based, high energy, circuit-style conditioning workout without the use of barbells or high skill gymnastics. This program is more challenging than your average boot camp, but less intense than CrossFit. The primary focus is on core strengthing and cardio through running, rowing, and calisthenics, along with the use of kettlebells, medicine balls, core exercises and bodyweight movements. This Cardio & Core class is great for weight-loss, extra conditioning, or as a ramp-up into CrossFit classes.
Classes will take place every Tuesday & Thursday at 9:00 AM. Cardio & Core classes are free to all members with unlimted memberships, and will count as 1 punch off a punch card membership. These classes may also be purchased separately for $60/month.
